He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Garland Ramsey and Margaret Schrader Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Ramsey; his children, Jennifer Ingram (Brian), Jeremy Ramsey (Sara) and Holly Kennedy (Cory Krantz); his grandchildren, Maddie, Bella, Issac, Bronson and Hope; and his siblings, Lorretta Fortune (Toni) and Todd Ramsey (Beth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home.
