She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac J. Minter Sr. and Mattie Minter; and her brother Isaac J. Minter Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Cecil Jennings and Carmen Cotton; her grandchildren, Joshua Jennings and Moriah Jennings; her sisters, Belinda Barkster (Dellber) and Vikki Minter; her nieces, Michelle Maze, Patrice, Stephanie and Alysia Barkster; and her aunt Mary Minter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
