She was predeceased by: her daughter Tracy N. Wormack. She is survived by: her mother Gloria Wormack; her husband Jeffrey Jones; her children, Johnathan Wormack, Rashad Malik Wormack, Delisa Wormack and Claudia "Mandy" Wormack; her aunts and uncles, Novella Davis, Berta Kasey, Dorothy Smith, Harold Helm (Sandy), Bobby Helm and Solon Helm (Rita); and her cousin Pamela Jennings.
