He is survived by: his brother Richard Atherley; his children, Claire Grinnell, Robin DuPuis and David Atherley; and his stepchildren, David Trentlage, Linda Bruun, Becky Trentlage and Tom Trentlage. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
