She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edwards Kessler and Opal Hartman Boothe; her husband Charles Lotts (Buddy); her grandson William Thomas Wingfield; her sister Judy Bowles; and her foster parents, Charlie Barnhart and Wilda Barnhart.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Howett, Jeff Cooper (Patricia) and Penny Wingfield (Keith); her sisters, Ann Minnix and Cathy Clark; and her uncle Frank Hartman (Cotton). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
