He is survived by: his parent Elsie Garrett; his daughter Andrea Freese (Bret Freese); his grandchildren, Christopher Harvey (Rachelle Harvey), Angela Harvey and Samantha Sheppard Harvey; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Nella and Bella; his brother Larry Garrett; and his nephews, Daryl Perkins II and Matthew McGhee (Sarah McGhee).
