He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Ferris and Victoria Ferris; and his siblings, Mercedes, Gloria, Anna, Freddie, Weetsy and Reggie.
He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Miller; his granddaughter Ava; his sisters, Carol Francis of Roanoke, Vicky Rowland (Gary) of Vinton and Mary Crowder (Mark) of Salem; his half-sisters, Bonnie Westbrook of Florida, Billee Nicely (Clay) of Clifton Forge and Carol Tice of Roanoke; and also Scott Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
