He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Rumbley Bailey; and his sisters, Juanita Robertson and Margaret Coon. He is survived by: his sons, David (Linda) and Tom (Diana); and his grandchildren, Allyson Jr, Laura Jr and Harry Preston Bailey, Jr (Margie).
