He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray L. Basham and Leola Basham. He is survived by: his wife Sue O. Basham; his children, Susanna B. Ware (Matt) and Shannon Basham (Joette); and also, Quinlan and Declan. He is also survived by son, husband, father.
