He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blevins and Daisy Blevins; his son Bobby Wayne Blevins; and his sister Bonnie Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Faye Blevins; his daughters, Tina Robinson (Darrell) and Amy Hartman (Dee); his grandchildren, Daniel, Dylan, Hunter, Ben, Olivia and Rachel; his siblings, Jean Hudson and Kenneth Blevins (Peggy); and his brother-in-law Gary Crisp. He is also survived by special friends and extended family.
