He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. and Christine Wingfield Greer; and his wife Vicki Greer. He is survived by: his sons, Erby Greer (Debbie Persinger) and Robert "Tim" Greer (Tracey); his grandchildren, Zakery, Alison, Jonathan, Givea Greer and JoAnna Wheeler; and his sister Pat Fralin.
