It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemarie Carnall Manning (Roanoke, Virginia), born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on June 2, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Lowell Manning; and her brothers, Billy and Freddy. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Lyons (Greg), Erin Manning and Patrick Manning.
