He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Campbell, Sr. and Ruth Brown Campbell; his wife Josephine Henderson Campbell; and his brothers, Charles Campbell and William Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Queen Esther Leftwich, Bishop Jessie C. English, Dorothy Crowder and Francis Campbell; his brother Frank Campbell; his brother-in-law James Leftwich; his daughter Sheryl Kasey (Dale); and his nephews, Paul Campbell (Valencia) of Roy Campbell, III and Aldo Campbell. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
