He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Harley Hall and Dorothy Virginia Craighead Hall; and his siblings, Helen Matthews, Iris Bordelon, Carl Hall, Louis Hall and Arthur "Butch" Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hall; his siblings, Kenneth Hall, Clyde H. "Buck" Hall, Joseph Hall, Ruth Aaron, Jane Hankins and Becky Blackburn; and his children, Russell Hall Jr. (Diana), Regan Hall, Leah Strubler (Don) and Marla Meadows (Todd). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Marlessa Southern, Donald Strubler Jr; Hanna Hall, Kristin Banks, Jayme Banks, Westley Hall, Megan Martin, Morgan Hall, Emily Meadows, and Grant Meadows, as well as nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
