He is survived by: his children, Ricky Ellis, Martha Ellis, Brenda Shank, Blaine Shank, Tim Ellis, Kathy Ellis, Mark Ellis and Deidra Ellis; his brother Robert Ellis (Lynn); his sister-in-law Jeanette Helms; and his aunt Claudine Halsey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
