He was predeceased by : his father Stanford W. Harvey, Sr.; and his brother Kenneth Wayne Harvey. He is survived by : his mother Jean Harris Harvey; his brothers, Vincent Harvey (Cynthia) and Byron Harvey; and his friend Calvin "Butch" Hicks. He is also survived by nieces, cousins.
