He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Hall and Myrtle Hall; and his siblings, Margaret Webster, Randall, Alvie and Jimmy Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hall; his sons, Jessie (Karen) and Tom Hall Jr.; his granddaughter Jessica Paige Hall; and his siblings, Beulah Terry and Garry Hall. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
