Walter Jones Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2018, at the age of 83, Walter Jones Sr. (Roanoke, Virginia), born in Bassett, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jones and Janie Jones; and his siblings, William Jones, Betty Byrd, Barrow Byrd and Alice Byrd.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his brothers, Mike Jones (Margaret) and Pat Jones (Joanie); his friends, Beverley Hall and Gaye Sigmon; and also, Cindy Jager (Koos), Virginia Mallette (Tenser), Susan Mallette (Knox), Amy Balzer (Peter), Casey Jones (Jami) and Stacie Gissendanner (Chris). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
