He is survived by : his wife Judy Neal (Brock); his children, April Neal, Megan Neal, Tamar Johnson, Kyle Brock (Kim) and Matthew Chadwell; and his siblings, Cindy May (Jackie), Linda Sullivan (Gilbert), Gloria Gilliam (Gary), Larry Neal (Monica) and Steve Pendleton (Carolyn). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
