She was predeceased by : her parents, Loyd Saylor and Retha "Brock" Saylor; her husband Frank Ramsey; her son-in-law Jim Kelley; her siblings, Mildred Denson Abercrombie, Franklin Saylor, Alva Saylor, Chester Saylor and Billy Saylor; and her half-brothers, Granvile Saylor and Henry Saylor.
She is survived by : her children, Gerald Ramsey (Cheryl), June Chadwell (Coy) and Edie Kelley; her grandchildren, Jacque Hollandsworth (Boo), Kristi Fowler (Tom), Jamon Wallen (Kevin) and Jimmy Kelley (Leigh Ann); her great grandchildren, Emily, Adam Hollandsworth, Ashley, Kelsey Fowler, Damon, Katherine Wallen and Hunter Kelley; her siblings, Alice Faye Delph, Betty Stovall, Junior Saylor and Donnie Saylor; and her close friend Charlene Smith.
