He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Kinder and Sarah Kinder (Joyce). He is survived by: his children, Michele K. Duty (Leo) and Jeffery R. Kinder (Tonya); his siblings, Mary Welch, J. T. Kinder and Roy Kinder; and his grandchildren, Morgan Duty and Annie Duty.
