She was predeceased by : her parents, Bobby Baxter and Virginia Belle Haigh; her husband Lawrence Russell Lowe, Jr.; her stepfather James C Powell; and her siblings, Susie A Carter and Spencer Powell (Boots).
She is survived by : her sister Jenny Breeden (Billy Breeden); her children, Barry Bryant (Valorie) and Hope Lowe (Anthony Walker) of Scottsville; and her stepdaughters, Yvonne Klien (Bonnie), Rebecca Carville (Clifford Carville), Jennifer Wright (Elizabeth) and Debora Dudding (James Dudding). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
