She is survived by: her sons, Dale Eugene (Teresa Vipperman), Charles Edward Jr. (Deanna Vipperman), Jerry Lee Vipperman of Rural Retreat and Billy Joe (Beth Vipperman); her grandchildren, Christie Vipperman, Jerod, Tori Vipperman, Rachel Vipperman, Chloe Vipperman and Easton Vipperman; her great grandchildren, Makala, Joshua, Kade, Enoch, Judah, Eden and Wyatt; and her siblings, Ray (Becky Parks), Richard Parks of Rural Retreat, Becky Sage of Rural Retreat, Frieda Osborne of Crockett and Linda Parks of Huckleberry. She is also survived by Mom and Grandma, she loved her boys and grandkids.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (343 Mountain View Ave, Rural Retreat, VA 24368).
