She was predeceased by : her parents, John E. "Hank" Radford and Edith Simms Radford; her sister Betty Jo Gruber; and her niece Valerie Jo Rasnake. She is survived by : her husband Byron "Butch" Hilton; her daughter Nicole; her son-in-law Tim Seevers; her son Justin; her daughter-in-law Amanda Woo; her grandchildren, Chase, Cole, Caroline Seevers, Tom, Charli and Araya Woo; her siblings-in-law, Ginger Radford and David Gruber; and her nephews, David Tucker and John Radford.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
