She was predeceased by: her husband Jeff Collins; her parents, Melvin Barrett and Lorraine Barrett; her siblings, Dorothy Boardwine (Clifford), Toady, Willie, Willard, Pete and Punk Barrett; her parents-in-law, Everett and Vetra Collins; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Felty, Mike Collins (Donna), Pat Collins and Johnny Renick.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Shepherd (John) and Dennis Collins; her sisters, Rita Felty and Sandy Felty (Frank); her grandsons, Jason (Savannah) and Justin Shepherd (Megan); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Trevor, Scarlette and Ella; and her siblings-in-law, Phil (Treva), Justin Collins (Velma), Mel Perry (Bill), Beverly Renick, Faye Norman (Jerry), Sheila Austin (Leonard), Cindy Shortt (Dean) and Hazel Collins. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
