She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd "Jay" Puckett, Jr.; her son Donovan Wade Puckett; her parents, Gene Cline and Glenda Cline; and her brother Charlie Dean Poston.

She is survived by: her son Zackery Puckett (Emma); her stepson Jeremiah Puckett; and her siblings, Vickie Buchanan, Sandy Price, Crystal Stewart (Dale), Shannon Cline, Jeff Cline, Ronnie Poston and Scotty Poston (Anita). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of many special friends.
