He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Rosser; his daughters, Tammy Batschelet of Manteo, NC and Tonja Elgin of Hayes; his grandchildren, Trey Batschelet, Candace Franklin, Carla McKenzie, Brooke Russell, Hannah Nelsen and Rebecca Elgin; and his great grandchildren, Brinley, Keegan, Aria, Sydney and Caroline.
