He is survived by : his parents, Vinson Scott Insley, Sr. (Diana) and Jennifer Davis; his grandparents, George and Brenda Insley; his siblings, Tiffany O'Bier (Mike), Brian Insley, William Hitchcock (Rhonda) and Cory Stafford (Myranda); and also Jonathan Bullock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
