He was predeceased by : his parent Walter J. Fisher, Sr.; and his siblings, Walter J. Fisher, Jr., Elsie Feddeman and Arenthia Fisher. He is survived by : his spouse Carolyn V. Fisher of Sanford; his parent Naomi Godwin Fisher; his daughters, Tamala F. Miles (Aubrey) of Seaford, DE, Saxis Fisher of Seaford, DE and Audra L. Fisher of Seaford, DE; his stepchildren, Kim Smith (Scotty) of Parksley and Ken Carmine of Deal Island, MD; his grandchild Lauren Miles of Saxis; his stepgrandchildren, Justin Carmine, Marcus Carmine, Larissa Carmine, Tucker Key and Aubree Carmine; his brothers, Philip Fisher of Sanford and Lance G. Fisher, Sr. of Salisbury; and also Aubrey Miles of Saxis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
