He is survived by: his parent Lois Chase Evans; his children, Tony Dean Evans of Salisbury, MD, Victor William Evans of Sanford, VA, Michelle Evans Marshall of Chincoteague Island, VA and Jenna Evans Redmond (Ian) of Atlantic, VA; and his grandchildren, Victor William Evans II, Mason Maxwell Marshall and Alexis Taylor Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
