It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ray Petitt (Saxis, Virginia), born in Stockton, Maryland, who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Petitt and Gussie Dryden Petitt; and his former wife Josephine "Joann" Petitt. He is survived by: his children, Roberta Miles (Patrick) of New Church, Wendy Stevens of Millsboro, DE and Terry Perdue of Laurel, DE; his granddaughter Autum Miles of Saxis; his sister Evelyn Robertson of Marion, MD; and his stepchildren, Donald Outten and Becky Galeone (Mike).
