She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Haislip and Margaret Collins Haislip; her children, Richard Glenn Spradlin and Fonda Kay Herring; her grandson Brian Ray Spradlin; and her brothers, Roger L. Haislip and Charles E. (Buck).
She is survived by: her son Earl Franklin Spradlin (Denise); her grandsons, Kevin Moore Spradlin and Joey Herring; her great grandchildren, Delaney Moore, Khloe Gibson and Wyatt James; and her sisters, Marie H. Willis and Sandra H. Tooley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
