He was predeceased by : his parents, Allan William and Jessie Patrick Kidd (Pollard); his son William Kidd; his former life partner Mary Elizabeth Kidd (Stargell); and his siblings, Andrew, Jack, Joe Kidd and Minnie Haga.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Byars Kidd (Spencer); his brother Doug Kidd; his children, Charles Kidd and Donna Schroeder (Edwin); his stepchildren, Pat Reynolds (Grover), Gene Spencer (Brenda) and Dennis Spencer (Pat); his daughters-in-law, Cindy Kidd and Nancy Kidd; and his grandchildren, Kira Elizabeth Schroeder, A. Scott Kidd (Mandie), Jared Kidd (Amber), Jesse R. Kidd (Catherine), Adam C. Schroeder, Airborne Division William T. Kidd and Pedro G. A. Virella (Brittany Rugo). He is also survived by six great-grandsons and five great-granddaughters; and a number of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
