She is survived by: her significant other Larry Adkins; her children, Rachel Oliver and Michael Kai Adkins; her stepsons, Paul, Matthew and Isaiah Adkins; her mother Connie Perry of Shawsville; her siblings, Thomas E. Perry (Lena Perry) of Shawsville and Carla Perry of Riner; and her siblings' children, C. T. Perry, Shelby Perry, Tangie Perry, Seth Perry, Ciera Hungate, Shianne Hungate, Lacey Caldwell and Landyn Perry.
