Townsend; his children, Jennifer Smith, Angela Grant, Arva Hendrix and Dean Townsend; his grandchildren, Joshua Smith, Boyce Townsend, Kelsee Green, Lindsay Baxter, Logan Grant, Victoria Saunders, Luke Grant, Charity Smith, Isabell Grant and Nicholas Cole; his great grandchild Carson Smith; and his siblings, Katherina Brunk, Rebecca Vest, Margie Waugh, Carla Greene, Laura Green, Mary Mutispaugh, Nitza Floyd, John Moody, Aubrey Clarke and Nelson Clarke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
