He is survived by : his parent Virgie Hubbard Biggs; his wife Iris Wilson Biggs; his children, Teresa Biggs Evans (Michael) of Durham, N. C. and Brian Biggs (Jennifer) of Clarksburg, M. D.; his grandchildren, Allison Moore Pridgen, Dane William Moore (Sarah), Dillon Lee Biggs, Parker Russell Biggs and Greyson Alexander Biggs; his great grandchildren, Harper Adam Pridgen and Miles Allie Pridgen; his sister Lucille Wilson; and also Ridgeway.
