He was predeceased by : his parents, Nellie Roark and William Elisha Hutchens; and his siblings, Inez Hutchens, Aubrey Hutchens, Bruce Hutchens, William Hutchens and John Hutchens.
He is survived by : his wife Pauline Cockram Hutchens; and his children, Tammy H Cummings of Richmond, VA and Steve Hutchens of Leesburg, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
