He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Meredith Lewis, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Alistair and Rowan; his mother Mary Ann Lewis; his wife Jennifer Lewis; his sisters, Meredith Griffin (Bruce) and Mary Frances Masterson (Paul); and his nieces, Allison and Caroline.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the organizations which Trey held close to his heart, Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation, National Kidney Foundation, or to the Fredericksburg Fire Department.
