She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Earl Stephens; and her grandson Taylor Scott Cagle. She is survived by : her daughter Andrea Stephens Creasy; her son-in-law Alan of Spotsylvania; her grandchild Skyler Cagle of Spotsylvania; her siblings, James, Robert Earl Rice of Virginia, Wayne Rice (Diane) of South Carolina and Tibby Crowe of Virginia; her sisters-in-law, Kathryn Blanchard (Chester) and Dorothy Stephens of Virginia; and her nephew Troy McDowell of Virginia.
