We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2018, at the age of 79, Carroll Anne Hynes (Springfield, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Hynes; and her parents, Joseph McCarthy and Isabelle McCarthy. She is survived by: her children, Bill, Karen Murray (Jim) of Mason Neck, VA and Andrew Hynes; and her granddaughters, Maille and Lainey of Columbia, MD.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
