He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thomas Milteer, Newman Milteer, Evie Fowler, Nancy Mann and Katherine Bolton.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Raines Milteer; his children, Ernie Milteer, Jr. (Natashia) of Springfield, Dawn Milteer Conn (Jay) of Springfield and Jill Milteer Wood of Crowley, TX; and his grandchildren, Johnathan Wood, Victoria Conn Hucks (Wesley), Jessica Conn and Taylor Milteer.
