He was predeceased by: his wife Betty S. Fisher; his parents, Stella E. Fisher, and Kenneth F. Fisher, Sr.; and his brothers, Richard T. Fisher, Sr., James A. Fisher, Sr. and David E. Fisher, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth F. Fisher III of Stafford County and Julia E. Ranagan (Mike) of Spotsylvania County; his stepson Edward M. Payne (Diana) of Texas; his grandchildren, Raymond, Sarah, Ashleigh and Heather; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Noah and Claire; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Fisher, Ann Fisher and Pam Fisher. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and eleven great nieces and nephews.
