He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his grandson Conrad Smith. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Smith, Stephanie Bolton (Steve) and Eric Smith; and his grandchildren, Ian Bolton, Caroline Bolton, Jack Smith, Eleanor Smith, Louisa Smith, Wade Smith and Daisy Smith.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Second Presbyterian Church (133 N Delphine Ave, Waynesboro, VA 22980). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
