It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clarence W. Hodge Sr. of Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Elvin and Sarah Frances Eckard Hodge; his wife Dorothy Hodge; his daughter Brenda Kay Shifflett; his grandson Michael Hodge; and his siblings, Roy, Charles, Claude, Eugene Hodge, Geneva Tallman, Sylvia Eisman, Glenna Campbell, Betty Harris and Marie Davis.

He is survived by : his son Clarence W. Hodge, Jr. (Judy Hodge); and his sisters, Shirley Newlen of Timberville and Juanita Campbell of Mount Crawford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
