Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James E. Fry and Mildred B. Fry. She is survived by : her husband Charles "Chuck" P. Blackley, Jr.; her brother Jerry E. Fry (Linda F. Fry); her children, Stephanie Thai Buchanan (Bruce) of Louisville, CO and Matthew J Fry (Vicky H. Fry) of Cheyenne, WY; her grandchildren, Ainsley Fry and Everett Fry; her uncle Harold B. Fry (Patricia); and her aunt Betty L. Jackson (Aubrey).

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thornrose Cemetery (1041 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401).
