She is survived by : her parents, Elliot Richmond and Patricia Ann Brown (McGrail); her husbands, Dan L. Fink and Danny L. Fink of Arundel; her sons, James C. Fink of Sterling, VA and Patrick L. Fink of Ashburn, VA; her brother Elliot Brown of Charlestown, NH; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Ethan, Connor and Emma.
