It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Elizabeth Henry of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Redmon and Vivian Robinson Redmon; her stepmother Lucille Redmon; her husband Ray R. Henry; her siblings, Nelson Redmon, Kenneth Ray Redmon, Gladys Yawornicky and Susan Conner; her sisters-in-law, Virgie Presgraves and Chris Redmon; her nephews, Ronnie Henry and Gary Henry; and her niece Belinda Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Black (Eric), Darryl Henry (Diane), Joy Peltier (Mike Swafford) and Doug Henry; and her sister Nina Burke. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel (158 Catoctin Cir SE, Leesburg, VA 20175). A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Sterling Cemetery (45835 W Church Rd, Sterling, VA 20164).
