He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Edward Jenkins Sr. and Jeanette Modora Dodson Jenkins; and his sisters, Diane Burgess, Janet Taylor and Sharon Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jenkins; his children, Tammy Williams of Bentonville, Pammy Dodson of Strasburg and Cletus Edward Jenkins III of Front Royal; his grandchildren, Jessie Jenkins and Gary Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Mya Kniceley and Rilyn Collin; and his sister Joyce Jenkins of Front Royal.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
