It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annice Parks (Stuart, Virginia), who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Walter Bowman. She is survived by: her husband Wilmer Wayne Parks; her children, Vicky Pilson (Barry) of Stuart, Janet Hardin (Steve) of Claudville, Debra Parks of Stuart, Roy Parks (Alberta) of Martinsville and Ronald Parks of Stuart; her grandchildren, Brandon Light (Cynthia), Amber Light, Steve Hardin, III, Heather Bowers and Amber Adkins; and her siblings, Betty Edwards of Pilot, Billy Bowman of Mount Airy and Jimmy Bowman of Collinsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
