Bernece Wood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2021, at the age of 90, Bernece Wood of Stuart, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernece Wood to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard E. Moricle and Meda Roberson Moricle; her husband Glenn Alexandria Wood; and her brother Lane Moricle. She is survived by: her children, Eddie (Carol Wood), Len (Nancy Wood) and Kim; her son-in-law Terry Hall of Stuart; her grandchildren, Jon Wood (Amanda), Keven Wood (Ashley Howell) and Jordan Hicks (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Riley Wood, Bailey Wood, Giselle Hicks and London Hicks.
Due to COVID 19 protocols, a private family service will be held for Mrs. Wood.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, if desired, memorials be made to Sycamore Baptist Church, 171 Sycamore Branch Lane, Stuart, VA 24171 or Mountain Valley Hospice, 730 E. Church St., Suite 13, Martinsville, VA 24112.
